• Step 1 - Go to a participating "MoneyGram ExpressPayment^®" Agent location
  Use MoneyGram ExpressPayment service to load your Card for only $4.95 at more than 40,000 nationwide MoneyGram retail agent locations.
  
  Enter your Zip code to find three MoneyGram locations in your area.
  
  You can also visit the Customer Service Desk of any Wal-Mart store to complete a MoneyGram ExpressPayment transaction.
• Step 2 - Complete the Blue ExpressPayment Form
  Visit the MoneyGram Agent location and complete the blue ExpressPayment form with the following information:
  
  Receive Code: 5408
  Company Name: Eufora
  City: Scottsdale
  State: Arizona
  Account Number: Your Eufora Card Number
  Dollar Amount: The amount you want to load + $5.95 (includes $1 value load fee)
• Step 3 - Give the Payment to the Clerk
  Provide the completed ExpressPayment form and cash for your load amount and the $4.95 ExpressPayment fee ($4.50 at Walmart) to the MoneyGram agent. PLEASE KEEP THE REFERENCE NUMBER THAT CONFIRMS YOUR TRANSACTION.
