Cancellation Information

Once payment has been submitted, we are unable to stop the transaction or immediately cancel the application process. Our system is designed to efficiently and quickly allow customers to complete their Eufora Membership and Eufora Card application. Once that process has begun, we are unable to cancel the transaction. To request a cancellation of your membership and a refund of your fees, subject to the Eufora Refund Policy (below), please contact us directly.

REFUND POLICY: Membership fees for the Eufora Program are refundable in such cases where the Eufora Annual Membership Fee has been paid during the application process and the card has not shipped. Refunds minus the $9.95 processing fee are credited back to the account from which they were originally drawn. We are unable to process a refund via an alternate payment method. The applicant will receive the balance of their Annual Membership Fee within (90) days of Eufora's receipt of the application..
