  • What is Eufora Mobile Banking?
    Eufora Mobile Banking allows Members to keep track of their account status by sending text messages to Eufora. You can take advantage of this great program for only $9.99* per month for unlimited alerts ($6.99 per month for Cricket and Boost users for 30 alerts), Message and data rates may apply. The Eufora Mobile Banking program is conveniently billed to your mobile phone each month.
  • How do I text Eufora to get account updates?
    Just text any of the following examples to 365247 (message and data rates may apply) and you will get a response with the answer you are looking for.
    LOAD ZIP
    To find the nearest location that you can load funds, text LOAD and your 5-digit zip code. You will get a text message with the Nearest Load Location associated with that zip code. For example, LOAD 90210 will return a Eufora Load Station in zip code 90210.
    LAST 1
    The last transaction posted to your account
    LAST 2
    The last two transactions posted to your account
    LAST 3
    The last three transactions posted to your account
    LAST 4
    The last four transactions posted to your account
    LAST 5
    The last five transactions posted to your account
    SUSPEND
    Suspend the card until found
    BAL
    Current balance of the card account
    ATM ZIP
    To find the nearest ATM location to withdraw funds from your Eufora card, text ATM and your 5-digit zip code. You will get a text message with the ATM Location associated with that zip code. For example, ATM 90210 will return an ATM location in zip code 90210.
